Orders

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Orders cannot always be changed or cancelled after they have been submitted, as processing may begin immediately.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent or unauthorised activity is suspected.

Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.

Raye the Label reserves the right to modify pricing, discontinue products, or update product availability at any time.

Shipping

We currently ship Australia-wide. Shipping timeframes provided are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post delays, regional locations, or peak periods.

Once your order has been dispatched, Raye the Label is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information provided at checkout is correct.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise stated.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Items must be returned with original packaging where applicable
Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind purchases are the responsibility of the customer.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
