Shipping

We currently ship Australia-wide through Australia Post, with both standard and express shipping options available at checkout.

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2–4 business days unless otherwise stated during collection launches or high-volume periods. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Please note that delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location, regional areas, and Australia Post delays during peak periods.

Raye the Label is proudly designed in Australia by a proud Aboriginal woman of the Kombumerri People. Every collection is created with a strong focus on storytelling, emotion, thoughtful design, and connection.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Raye pieces, however if something isn’t quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging or tags attached where applicable. Return postage costs for change-of-mind purchases are the responsibility of the customer.

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you further.

A Gentle Note

As many of our pieces feature natural fibres and digitally printed artwork, slight variations in colour, placement, and texture may occur. These subtle differences are part of what makes each piece unique.
